Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Winnows (winno.ws), a time-tracking service operated by Star Hero AI LLC (“we”). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of yourself and, if you create an organization, that organization.

The service

Winnows provides multi-tenant time tracking: clients, projects, tasks, bill rates, timesheets, approvals, reporting, exports, and a Harvest importer. We may improve or change features; we will not remove your ability to export your data.

Pricing

Billing is a flat monthly fee per active member of your organization. Archived members are never billed. There are no usage-based fees. Price changes take effect at your next monthly renewal with at least 30 days’ notice.

Your data

Your organization’s data belongs to your organization. Full export (CSV and API) is available at all times and for 90 days after cancellation (see the Exit Guarantee). We access customer data only to operate the service, investigate abuse, or as required by law.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, no attempts to breach other tenants’ data.
• No resale of the service without written agreement.
• Automated access is provided via the documented API and tokens.

Availability & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel at any time; the subscription ends at the current period’s close. We may suspend accounts for material breach with notice and a chance to cure where practicable.
