What Harvest's 2026 pricing actually charges for

Harvest publishes a per-seat price and a list of usage-based fees. It does not publish the fee amounts. Here is what is public, what isn’t, and how to estimate your own bill.

What is published

Per Harvest’s pricing page: Teams at $11 per seat per month on monthly billing ($9 billed annually), Enterprise from $14, plus usage-based fees on projects, clients, invoices and tasks. Third-party analyses report renewal increases ranging from modest to many-fold on legacy accounts; people in the Harvest community have posted figures from 5× to 10×.

What is not

The rate card for the usage fees. Without it, no calculator can tell you your bill; it can only do the seat arithmetic and name the fees. Community members have crowdsourced tier estimates from real bills; treat those as estimates. The reliable source is your own renewal notice.

How to estimate yours

  1. Seats × the published per-seat price.
  2. Count your active projects, clients, tasks and invoices per month, the four dimensions the fees attach to.
  3. Compare that count with your renewal notice; the gap is the usage fee.
  4. Ask what you would pay on a flat per-seat plan with no usage dimensions, that is the number to negotiate with, or to leave with.

Winnows charges $9 per active member per month and nothing per project, client, task or invoice; the calculator on the home page does the seat arithmetic for both sides and names Harvest’s usage fees without inventing numbers for them.
